FAQ for Speakers

Can I attend the seminar before or after my speaking slot?
Yes, you are a privileged guest of ELCINA & EFY Group at EFY Expo, and you can attend any seminar, conference or workshop (for free).

What are the services provided to speakers at the show?
Speakers can relax at the VIP Lounge, and enjoy complimentary tea/coffee and light snacks. Plus, there is a lunch buffet arranged for them at the Aadar Satkar restaurant located right next to Hall #11. The speaker management team will provide you with the Lunch Coupons that will indicate the exact location of the restaurant too.

Where should I go when I reach the venue?
Our main gate for entry is gate #7. However, if you park your vehicle near Pragati Maidan Metro Station then you can come from gate #12, which is close to Hall #11. Once you reach Hall #11's front entrance, please locate the Registration counter for Speakers. A member of our team will provide you with a badge, and connect you with the speaker management team. The best place for speakers to relax is the VIP Lounge.

Can I attend the Buyer-Seller Meet as a Buyer?
Yes, but for that you will need to connect with the ELCINA team at the venue and see if there is any slot available.

Can I attend the Buyer-Seller Meet as a Seller?
Sorry, but participation as a SELLER is limited to exhibitors only.

Whom do I call in case of any difficulty?
If you are speaking at the Design Engineers' Conference or T&M for Academia Seminar, then please feel free to call Priyanka Pandey Or Vandana Sharma. If you are speaking at the Manufacturing Seminar, then please feel free to call Priyanka Pandey Or Srabani Sen.

Which halls? Where?
The Design Engineers' Conference (17th Feb) & the Manufacturing Seminar (16th Feb) are being held at the Einstein hall. This (Einstein) hall is at a bit of a distance from Hall #11 (about 100 metres to the right when facing the hall). The hall is on first floor of hall #8. We will have proper signage to guide our delegates and speakers to the same. The 'T&M for Academia' seminar (18th Feb) is being held at the Bhaba Hall, which is located right at the entrance of Hall #11. In case of any confusion, please feel free to call any of us.
